Prices and payment
A full list of what is included in the price of
offer will be found in the price list. We
guarantee not to increase the basic price of
your trip after your booking has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any
time before you book, however, any price changes
after your booking is confirmed will not affect
the price of your booking. All flights booking
for Hajj and Umrah
require a non refundable deposit for airline
tickets and after the
initial booking the final payment to be made
within 24 hours otherwise fare difference must
be paid if the new fare is higher than the
original fare booked. Prices are not guaranteed
until tickets are issued, flights can change to
other scheduled flight or extra flights
(Charter)
especially for Hajj. All credit card and debit card
processing fees 3.5% apply. For any reason if
Umrah or Hajj visa are not granted before
departure, we are not responsible for airline
tickets and hotel costs.
Disclaimer
Whilst reasonable care is taken to
ensure that the information contained on this website is
accurate, we cannot guarantee its accuracy and we
reserve the right to change the information on this
website including these terms and conditions at any time
without notice. You must check these terms and
conditions for changes each time you intend to use this
web site. The Company has taken all reasonable steps to
ensure that all representatives, agents, tour operator used in the U.K.
and abroad are reputable. The Company however, does not
have direct control over such organisations and shall
not be responsible for any services, acts or omissions by them or
their employees. The Client accepts that the booking is
subject to the terms and conditions of such firms
companies or persons as shall provide services to the
Company and the Client. If cancellation or change by the
Company is brought about by war, riots, civil commotion,
strikes, disasters, act of God, technical problems with
transportation or other events outside the control of
the Company, the Company shall not be held responsible
in any way. All baggage, including personal articles,
are at all times and under all circumstances at "owners
risk". No responsibility is accepted for the Client's
failure to carry passports, visas or other documents
required for the purpose of the journey.
PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
THEIR OWN BELONGINGS e.g. MONEY, BAGGAGE,
VALUABLES AND MEDICAL CARE IF REQUIRED. WE AND
OUR AGENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (1) LOSS
OF PASSPORT BY SAUDI EMBASSY OR BY THE
MUWALLIM’S OFFICE IN SAUDI (2) VISA PROBLEM OF
ANY KIND (3) THEFT (4) ACCIDENT (5) DEATH DURING
THE JOURNEY. WE DON’T OPERATE TRAVEL INSURANCE
HOWEVER PASSENGERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO MAKE
THEIR OWN TRAVEL INSURANCE ARRANGEMENT.

makes no representations or warranties of any kind with
respect to this website for flights, Hajj and Umrah
packages
including not enough time to perform 40 Salah in Madinah
or the content contained on it
including any text, graphics, advertisements, photo or
other item and disclaims all such representations and
warranties. In addition, neither we nor any other
contributor to this website make any representation or
gives any warranty, condition, undertaking or term
either express or implied as to the condition, quality,
performance, accuracy, suitability, fitness for purpose,
completeness, services or freedom from viruses of the content
contained on this web site or that such content will be
accurate, up to date, uninterrupted or error free. The
information contained in this website is in good faith
and has been obtained from other sources, travel
agencies and tour operators believed to be reliable and
accurate. Although every effort has been made to ensure
accuracy. No express or implied, is made by us or by any
person as to its accuracy, completeness or fairness and
it should not be relied on as such. Any opinions and
estimates expressed reflect our judgment at this date
and are subject to change without notice.
Health and Safety
For Hajj and Umrah we do not conform to British health
and safety standards including services. We are advised
by agents and tour operators that services,
transportation and all hotels comply with the local
regulations applicable in their country for health and
safety but we cannot guarantee that these meet British
standards and therefore urge that you undertake
reasonable precautions to protect yourself all times.
Cancelling your booking
You will not be able to recover your deposit upon
cancellation. You will also be liable for further
deductions by way of agreed reimbursement to cover all
the foreseeable expenses of the Company.
Health matters
General standards of safety and hygiene in other
countries differ from those in th U.K. and you should,
therefore, exercise great care, particularly with the
choice of food and drink.
Currency Risks
May be affected favourably or unfavourably by
fluctuations in the rates of the different currencies.
